We aim to deliver orders within 30–45 minutes, subject to conditions.

4. Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are processed based on availability and location.
  • Delivery time may vary due to traffic, weather, or peak demand.
  • Customers must ensure correct delivery details.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in INR and may change without notice.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected orders and locations.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
  • Gifty Buddy may:
    • Restrict COD for high-value orders
    • Disable COD for users with repeated cancellations

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation allowed before dispatch only
  • Refunds processed as per Refund Policy

7. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Provide accurate address and contact details
  • Be available to receive the order
  • Avoid misuse of the platform
