By accessing or using Gifty Buddy, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Gifty Buddy is an online instant gift delivery platform operating in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We enable users to order gifts, cakes, flowers, hampers, personalized items, and other products from nearby partner stores for quick delivery, generally within 30 to 45 minutes, depending on location and availability.
• Users must be at least 18 years old to place orders independently.
• Users under 18 may use the platform under supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Services are intended for personal use only and not for resale or commercial purposes.
To place orders, users may be required to create an account and provide accurate information including:
• Full Name
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Delivery Address
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Gifty Buddy provides:
• Instant gift delivery
• Cakes and hampers
• Flowers and personalized gifts
• Occasion-based gifting products
• Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment services
Orders are fulfilled through nearby shops, vendors, and delivery partners.
• All orders placed through the platform are subject to availability and acceptance.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational issues.
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to weather, traffic, high demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
All prices displayed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes wherever applicable.
We support:
• UPI Payments
• Debit/Credit Cards
• Wallet Payments
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Gifty Buddy does not store your card or banking details.
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected orders and locations.
Gifty Buddy reserves the right to disable COD for certain users, locations, or products without prior notice.
Customers are requested to ensure payment availability at the time of delivery.
• Deliveries are handled by independent delivery partners.
• Delivery timings are estimated and not guaranteed.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability may not qualify for refunds.
Users are expected to behave respectfully toward delivery partners.
Orders may be cancelled by users only before order processing begins.
Once an order is prepared, packed, shipped, or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
Gifty Buddy reserves the right to cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:
• Product unavailability
• Technical issues
• Pricing errors
• Fraudulent transactions
• Delivery limitations
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Due to the nature of perishable and customized products, most products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Missing items
• Poor quality product
Customers may be asked to provide photo/video proof within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds for COD orders may be issued as:
• Store credit
• Coupon code
• Cashback balance
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on payment method and banking systems.
By using Gifty Buddy, you agree:
• Not to misuse the platform
• Not to upload illegal, abusive, harmful, or misleading content
• Not to interfere with platform operations
• Not to use bots, automated systems, or scraping tools
Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or legal action.
All content available on the platform including logos, graphics, text, images, software, and trademarks are owned by Gifty Buddy or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Gifty Buddy may use third-party services including:
• Payment gateways
• Delivery services
• Analytics providers
• Communication tools
We are not responsible for services, delays, or issues caused by third-party providers.
Users may submit ratings, reviews, comments, or feedback.
By submitting content, you grant Gifty Buddy a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and publish such content for business and promotional purposes.
We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, misleading, abusive, or violates applicable laws.
Your use of Gifty Buddy is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The platform and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Gifty Buddy does not guarantee:
• Continuous availability of services
• Error-free operation
• Exact delivery timings
• Product availability at all times
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gifty Buddy shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business
• Delays caused by third parties
• Technical interruptions
• Delivery partner actions
Maximum liability shall not exceed the order amount paid by the customer.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if users:
• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraud or misuse
• Provide false information
• Harm the platform or its users
Gifty Buddy may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
